Yeh. Marc was just assuming he knew best again I think. I never liked the bloke but if he hasn't been on this particular show, I am really disappointed in him to go to that extent to make somebody upset.

Withano 27-06-2015 10:32 PM

To tell somebody they're lying, let them swear on their Mothers grave and the insist on them being a liar because he has "signed a television contract before" a contract to do with presumably Tallafornia or Big Brother and nothing to do with ITV or Judge Rinder.. It is literally disgusting.

If nobody has any evidence of him being on the show, he is literally vermin.

FFS Judge Judy IS the same.

He says he has just because you can't find it proves nothing

... Don't be absurd, if nobody can find anything on the internet and nobody can even personally remember him on the show it is obviously more likely that he was lying to win an argument.

lewis111 27-06-2015 10:39 PM

I didn't and still dont have any idea what this is. All I know is they were on like Judge Judy UK version and Aisiylne was swearing at her mums grave.

Even so he is correct that there would be a contract, you honestly telling me reality savvy Ashleyne had no idea what would be happening, or her agent.

Yeah, she got caught out and threw a hissy for cause she couldn't handle the truth.

I feel so ****ing stupid right now. I wish I had never started this

Gunna keep an eye on the DS thread, coz they will be obsessing over finding this video (if it exists) now so I don't need to bother even looking

Thinking about this properly now I have had time to let this sink in about it all being fake..it does make complete sense that those going on would know that the 'defendant' didn't pay the cash.

I may ask some debt collectors to take me on there now, to get me out of debt and I don't have to pay a penny :D

Yes. TV contracts don't have to tell you everything. Danica Thrall didn't even know the title of the show she signed up for until it aired. And how do you think programmes like "sun, sex and suspicious parents" work?

It probably said something like "if you win the case, you will get the money".. And this was Aisleyne's point. To call somebody a liar after the swear on their mothers grave because they've singed TV contracts before is disgusting. Maybe even a new low for Marc.

Marc has no idea how ITV, Judge Rinder or TV contracts work, he just assumed he did because hes signed some before. His ego let a girl get that upset because he assumed he was right. Genuinely despicable.

rionablue 27-06-2015 10:45 PM

There is no proof who is lying with regard to Judge Rinder. There IS proof that Aisleyne was on it. There is NO PROOF that Marc was on it. So who does one believe? If someone is telling the truth and the other person keeps calling them a liar what is one way to PROVE THEY are telling the truth? I don't believe in swearing on peoples lives or graves but I had to do it in an argument I had lately as the person who was arguing with me kept telling me I was telling a lie. Aisleyne, like myself lost her Mum recently. She was so frustrated that he kept calling her a liar she swore on her Mothers life she was telling the truth.

She loved her mother and was close to her. Marc still didn't believe her. I believe Aisleyne in this instance.

Why does this mean you had to do it? It wouldn't have changed the persons opinion anyway.

Edit. I'm not being funny or anything, I genuinely don't know why people do it as it makes you sound more guilty IMO coming out with stuff like that. It means nothing anyway

Edit again. Not that I think Aisleyne was lying because she said this...its just my general opinion

Edit again. What a messy post now :bored:

Angelika 27-06-2015 10:54 PM

I can see how the Judge Rinder show might encourage someone to appear and offer to pay their expenses including the costs involved if the case goes against them without necessarily telling the other party. The Judge Rinder show obviously needs willing participants so paying parties without he other knowing is quite feasible.

I felt Ailynne was being truthful however it's not nice to involve swearing on her departed mothers grave to prove a point. 😳

Just seen this posted elsewhere but I feel its slightly relevant to here. Danny has the exact same opinion as Marc on this but kept his nose out of it for once. Hmm

cookiemonster 27-06-2015 11:43 PM

i didn't really get the whole argument tbh. so what if Aisleyne went on judge rinder to get out of paying court fees? don't really get what Marc was getting at

BENDERBOY 27-06-2015 11:46 PM

i've been on Judge Rinder........oh wait, you mean the show.

A messy post that I don't really like Vicky and by the way this person did believe me eventually. I just didn't want to be called a liar. I have hardly ever swore on someones life or grave but as I said I don't want to be tagged a liar when I was telling the truth. This person know my Mum had only died a few months ago and then eventually decided I wasn't lying. Needless to mention they are not part of my life now. I shouldn't have had to prove anything. I am hurt that you said it makes me sound more guilty

I didn't mean you specifically. But people who randomly come out with stuff like that..I usually am suspicious of

All of the edits..were so that my post didn't come across wrong as it seemed harsh after I wrote it so tried to explain a bit more. The edits clearly didn't work and I am sorry.

Also copying this here, as its definitely relevant

Mark said "meaning fake, because they paid you" and "they paid you, not your friend" -- that is, the show, not her friend, paid Ash the amount her friend owed her.

Ash said "no, they didn't".

Marc said "you just said they paid you what he owed you".

Ash said "they paid his fine"

Marc said "what he owed you. But they paid you. Yes or no?"

Ash said yes, "so why would you not go on it?"

Then Marc said so you didn't go through the normal legal process ... and for him (her friend) to pay you in small claims court.

Then for some reason Ash started saying "I didn't know that, I didn't know that, I didn't know that they were going to pay it."

Marc then said "the point is that I'm right. You did go on it knowing it was fake."

At that point, Ash gets angry and said "I just told you I didn't know that they were payning it until they paid it. Listen, on my mother's grave (she gets up and starts pointing) I did not know that they were going to ****ing pay his bill."

Umm, yeah. If I get time tomorrow I will transcript this properly, but it seems Aisleyne tripped herself up right at the start then got flustered over it all.

abhorson 28-06-2015 12:25 AM

No. Sounds like a Jeremy Kyle type show. Three grades down from Geordie shore and five from BB.

abhorson 28-06-2015 12:31 AM

I no longer know what to tink or has many people on TV now say in the UK "everythink" the proper English is being dumbed down. What is wrong with using the English language.

Rorkimaru 28-06-2015 03:51 AM

In fairness she said she went on it because her friend wouldn't have to pay and she'd get paid and then 180'd her story. She could have been confused I guess but I don't buy it.

Yes we all know that legal contracts are as vague as that.

I signed a contract with a gym this week to pay them monthly for 12 months. The contract just said "no direct debit details, you will get paid by someone"
