Justice for Chloe is needed she's not that bad </3

Huh?

Is this a joke?

She helped him stay for £0.

Err how? She wasnt on a secret task, all she had to do was distribute the tokens..

It was Jacks choice not to, yeah. But the way she was just going to say no, was sly and horrible tbh. Hell she wasnt even going to tell Jack it was his dad til they all started shouting who is it :umm2:

I don't understand why Chloe is being painted out to have slammed the phone down and deny Jack his phonecall, she did the best she could without blowing her cover of knowing what amount of money he had in his basket

Point remains she knew he had zero but was determined to punish him by making him stay. And even after 4 hours when the pizza came she knew he had nothing in his bag and berated him for wanting to quit, shes awful.

Again not really. She could have said straight away that it was Jacks dad on the phone instead of trying to hide who it was by not even saying who it was...and she could easily have gone with the rest who were encouraging him to take it? You know..as a friend would..

Indeed

If shed said 'Jack whatever is in your bag is not worth it speak to your dad' hed have felt great, shed have not looked like a total cow (who found it funny she did this twice) and to compound matters she did it again with the pizza targetting him more or less making it impossible for him to quit cause hes a weak minded idiot

Jack listens to Chloe, he changed his mind about spending the 4k because she ranted at him he sees her as a friend and wants to please her, if she had said Jack take the call he would have

Aye. with Jack the winner.

joeysteele 08-07-2015 10:34 PM

No, I disagree.
As others said she knew he had nothing in his bag so leaving the task then would have mattered not one bit.

She could have easily helped persuade him to leave the task and talk to his Dad.

Relaying a message is not the same as actually hearing the persons voice,I don't think either giving him the zero in the first place or the initial answering of the call showed Chloe in any really good light.

Whenever anybody tried to quit, the other housemates were all supportive of their decision. An example that comes to mind is when Sam wanted to bid for her suitcase, and Danny and Cristian said it was her decision and she'd done well and she could do what she wanted.

Therefore, Chloe being this supportive of Jack dropping his bag wouldn't have "blown her cover". She'd have blended in.

RodHull 08-07-2015 10:41 PM

Exactly she went out of her way with particular zeal to make him stay as long as she could

Jamie89 08-07-2015 11:17 PM

Jack actually said that his dad told him before going into the house not to give up on any tasks. Yes chloe initially said that jack couldn't come to the phone before telling him who it was but I don't think there was anything sinister in that. She's just not the brightest spark and that was her knee jerk reaction. Afterwards she gave him plenty of opportunity and kept his dad on the line, but he quite clearly wanted to do the best he could in the task. And bb twist things so much anyway so for all chloe knew, they had switched the amounts she picked and had given jack the highest.

And whats with everyone getting so personal with each other on here, taking it all way too seriously!

Northern Monkey 08-07-2015 11:27 PM

She knew he had zero!If that was me and my friends dad was on the phone i'd tell him to come and get it.

I doubt very much his dad knew he would get a chance to phone his son during a task, and would have made an exception and would have relished that little chat. Chloe 'knew' Jack had zero in his cash bag and could have persuaded Jack to talk with his dad, maybe she was worried his Dad would spill the beans on what a conniving little so and so she is. And as for her not being very bright, she is all there, she knows exactly what she is doing.

Plus, when the pizza came she also said "You would give up for a pizza, but not to talk to your Dad"?
Did no - one catch that?
Then when Jack gave up £100 for his suitcase she was all "they are out there doing it for the team" though she was first out, whether it was intended or not, and guzzled ice cream and pizza in front of them. How about not eating it seeing they couldn't have it, Chloe if you are Miss Prissy Perfect? Jack gave up his phone call, the ice cream and the pizza and did really well - and she lectures him about a measly £100 being taken off the prize money for a suitcase!
Then the next day takes £5000 herself! She is a horrible money grabbing little rat.
