I'm just shocked at how low the show would go to make sure Chloe will win. Notice how she's the only one who hasn't got anything negative thrown at her. And I bet she has even bigger skeletons in that closet than all the housemates put together.

I can agree that people make mistakes when they're young.. Its a but different with blackmail though.. Its not like he accidentally blackmailed a girl (who was presumably just as young). He intentionally blackmailed a girl with an intimate media file and threatened to cause emotional harm to the young girls family. I don't think age is an excuse with intentionally blackmailing somebody. Thats just choosing to ignore right from wrong and in a horrifically malicious way.

I appreciate your dedicated love for him and it really is okay to have him as your favourite for other reasons, but this to me, is inexcusable. Its disgusting. And so was Danny's reaction.

Amy Jade 15-07-2015 10:24 AM

You didn't seem to think it was low though for Cristian to attack Sarah about a comment she made about liking men with money, that comment was made outside the house and Cristian kicked right off. Also they revealed Chloe took a dump in a shoe outside the house and I never saw this sort of topic.

Cristian had discussed the matter in the house, they were relaying info he had spoken of on camera during his stay so he made it fair game and frankly he's disgusting for blackmailing a girl like that, as is Danny - the 'he was young' crap doesn't apply either, I am 2 or 3 years younger than him and I would NEVER threaten somebody like he did (I'd never make a sex tape tbqh) so really there is no justification in my eyes, he showed himself right up last night.

Vanessa 15-07-2015 10:29 AM

She made threats and he retaliated. But he deleted the video. Unlike Danny, who keeps them all and is planning to use them.

I know you love Cristian Vanessa but this is usually the time BB pulls out all the stops to show any 'dirt' they might have on the housemates to enable people to make up their minds fully on who they want to vote to win the series. It didn't come across well for Cristian. He should have never told Danny. The camera's pick up everything. If the housemates give BB information on their past misdemeanours they have to be prepared for BB to put them into a task, also if they tell another housemate anything in PRIVATE they have to remember the cameras see everything

Yeah, this. I saw people posting ":joker: he deserves it!" in the thread about them revealing Danny's tweet. I agree that it's unfair, but I have a feeling people only care as a whole about these types of things when it's a popular housemate it happens to. You'd see a lot more threads about it I think if Joel was the one they targeted.

Although I feel Danny's case was worse. Cristian admitted that he told Danny, so for all he knew it could have already been aired anyway. Don't tell Big Brother things you don't want them to know. The rest of their background/history should be kept private as it has nothing to do with this show.

Lets not forget it was the morally superior Cristian that accused Jade of bed hopping, which was incidentally a complete lie. I have no sympathy for him at all. If he wants to dish it out, he should expect to receive it back

How would you even know what happened as we only have Cristian's 'side' of the story.

I don't know why you keep bringing up what Danny said either considering this is a thread about Cristian.

It shouldn't be one rule for one and another for all else.

Tom4784 15-07-2015 10:41 AM

Would you be saying the same thing if it happened to Chloe though and not Christian? I don't think you would.

I do agree, that was my main point of the post, however if Cristian did bring this up in the house then I don't really see why he's making such a fuss over it. He was annoyed that his parents would have seen - well for all he knows it could have been broadcast anyway. He should be more careful about what he says in future if he doesn't want it on national tv.

Its weird that he is more concerned about his parents finding out that he is not a virgin than he concerned about his parents finding out that he would maliciously blackmail a girl with threats about her personal life and her family.

This

Barely anyone complained when Adjoa was referred to as "Ebola" or when things much worse than this have happened.

Not only that, it is less than 2 weeks since he was jumping into bed with a girl on national TV. He doesn't have a moral leg to stand on

Jimrod 15-07-2015 10:56 AM

I think using personal information that's "out there" already is fine, but to discriminate and attempt to unfairly swing opinion is not. They aired Christians dirty laundry but didn't show Danny's. That's bollocks.

Ellen 15-07-2015 11:04 AM

He made a bad mistake and regrets his actions. BB have overstepped the mark imo.

Trasadkel1 15-07-2015 11:10 AM

I think we all have skeletons in our closet and things we regret doing if we could turn back time. Personally I reserve judgement because we really don't know the full story and what went on with the girl in question. I am more disgusted that this is what BB resorts to now under the guise of calling it entertainment, belittling and demeaning people about their private life on National TV is not something I want to watch. This whole series has been very nasty and sinister in my opinion.

I have not changed my opinion on Cristian at all, he is still the one that has stood head and shoulders over a lot of them in there against all the odds because I think he has been picked on continually and treated despicably in terms of the editing etc. One, so called, misdemeanour does not change a thing for me.

Also if you are going to do that then all housemates should be included. We already know that Danny and Chloe have done things that I would consider to be a lot nastier. Why has this not been bought up, because Danny's agent complained so it was cut from the show and Chloe is continually portrayed as Miss Sweetness and Light.

This show more than any other I can remember has been completely bias towards certain housemates to the point where they make it blatantly obvious. When voting money is involved all housemates should be given a chance and some haven't had that opportunity.

If this is the way future series are going then I will be not be watching after this one.

Probably the father would have !made Christian a lot less pretty if he had.

He must have spoken about it or how else would BB know?

They revealed info about everyone, Cristian was dumb enough to make a big issue out of it because he sees himself as superior. Bet hes the type of guy who says 'do you know who I am?' etc

Rob! 15-07-2015 11:14 AM

To be fair, I kind of agree wth Chloe. Don't bring it up during the audition process and it won't be used against you during the show.

Vanessa 15-07-2015 11:16 AM

They're only showing this to make sure Chloe and Danny win. They're desperate for their pets to win. Note that Danny's tweets haven't been shown on the main show. So airing Cristian dirty laundry is on, but not Danny's.

Because Cristian had a tantrum over it

What do you know of Chloe that outshines emotionally blackmailing a young girl with an intimate video and the use of her fathers phone number. It was the most disgusting thing that I've heard all series and makes Marcs disgusting comments minuscule in comparison. It turned my stomach.. ignoring the fact that blackmail is awful and releasing the video would have got him jail time, him being more concerned at his self image was the worst moment of any housemate throughout the series for me. Id be appalled if you know something worse about Chloe? (Im guessing the Danny thing is the similar revelation he made on the same night? If not what do you know about him)
