We dont know of Jack did call her that - It was cut out of live stremeing and of HL's - I have seen the clip and from his mouth movements i think he is saying prick.

And Jackiey did try and learn how to pronounce her name but She couldnt - It may be easy for some people and not so easy for others. I myself kept getting it wrong for the first few days.
