My guess is this is a further ploy to gain interest. Remember although Timebombs ratings well and truly bombed. There were increases when old HM returned. So perhaps producers feel this will aid ratings in some way or create a further buzz to CBB UK vs. USA. Either that or they're finally running out of benefits programmes to fill hour long spaces.
