Halloween didn't originate in America.

As for it being a "children's event", I don't see why you're ever too old to enjoy things like Halloween and Christmas. No matter what age I end up living to, I'll always love them. :hee:

I love Hallowen. I don't dress up and take it seriously etc, but I always do marathons of horror movies and the Halloween Franchise (my favourite horror franchise) and I love the whole autumn atmosphere surrounding it.
