Apart from the twins popping out of her chest I haven't really noticed anything particularly good or bad about Farrah so far.

I didn't hear her say anything about spitting on someone, but then I was feeling bored by the time that she came in so that could explain why I didn't hear it.

Personally I think Farrah will be very entertaining indeed.
