You can't say he's not nasty though just because he shaved his head lmao. It's entirely possible for someone to shave their head "in solidarity" for someone else (even though I'm sure this isn't a big deal for Austin since he's probably donned a shaved head before so it's just a fun haircut for him) and still be generally nasty and self-serving. The two aren't mutually exclusive.
