The fact that fat people can annoy people so much makes me laugh, like leave it to them, if they want to sort their own life out, it's up to them. I wouldn't make a comment about, say, someone's spots, saying that they should get them fixed. It's up to them to go to the doctors, I can't do anything about it. Yes the lifestyle may be bad for them, but it doesn't effect me at all, I might sound selfish but idk how to explain it tbh.
Stuff like this wouldn't help a fat person anyway, it would just make them feel even more depressed about needing to lose weight... and looking at the types of videos she uploads, they are all just the same lmao, bore off. |

..her referring to obese people doesn't make it any better though..I'm sure that they know that 'they're eating themselves to death' but are unable to prevent it from happening because food/eating has become their coping ability and then they feel worse and worse and worse and worse about themselves as their weight increases and so it goes one etc...as if it was all so easy as to say..well just stop eating../just eat to an anorexic../stop drinking to an alcoholic../..stop worrying to someone who suffers anxiety attacks..etc...
..maybe with people through no fault of their own because they've not learned any positive coping skills in life../have not been able to get to that pace for whatever reason...should be anorexic shamed/depression shamed/panic/anxiety attack shamed/insomniac shamed and etc, etc..because that's only right really, they need to pull themselves together...for someone who is so physically attractive herself, then I wonder why she's not more happy in herself and just gets on with her beautifulness rather than feeling the need to make people who already feel bad about themselves, feel even worse..as if they're juts lazy old greedy old people...hmmmm, maybe she doesn't feel that good about herself either and that somehow makes her feel better...either that or she's the dumbest person on earth and thinks that lowering people's self esteem even further will result in raising it... |

If someone has a weight problem, it is for the close friends and family of the person to say something and offer help, not some ugly rude nasty stranger like this woman.

It's kind of like those people who sympathise with those with debilitating medical conditions then scream 'get a job!' at anyone on benefits.

She is an attention seeker. Why is she getting so worked up about other peoples needs to deal with their own issues when there are far worse things going on in the world. What an irritating bint she is. She looks like she needs to calm down and get a life away from flaunting herself on you tube or such.

Who on here would insist genuinely disabled people should "get a job"? I'd be willing to bet a month's salary that the answer is none. The people who should be getting a job is the able-bodied long-term unemployed.

Anyhoo back to the point.
More than 200,000 people in the UK are dying prematurely because of social inequalities that risk becoming entrenched, a top doctor has said. Sir Michael Marmot, who had advised the coalition on the link between health and wealth, warned that research revealed a stark “social gradient” emerging in Britain. The poor not only die on average seven years sooner than the rich, but they can expect to face becoming disabled 17 years earlier. The middle classes in the country had life expectancies of eight years less than the very richest. However, it was in the field of education where Marmot said the research vividly showed how unfair life was becoming. “If everybody had the same mortality of those with a university education, then we could prevent 202,000 premature deaths of people aged 75 and under each year.” “If this was caused by a pollutant, there would be people on the streets saying ‘stop it now’. The irony is that the cause is pin-pointable. It is the inequalities in the conditions [in which] we are born, grow, live, work and age, and it’s damaging the health of us all. It is costing us 550 lives a day in the UK alone.” In his new book, The Health Gap, he argues that those who blame lifestyles miss the point. “Over 30 years, smoking levels have declined while obesity has soared. Have we become more responsible when it comes to smoking and less responsible when it comes to obesity. No.” I have to say I disagree with him here I feel we are less responsible when it comes to obesity, I don't even think it's a social inequality thing it's just ignorance... only we can control what we put in our bodies. http://www.theguardian.com/society/2...ives-every-day |

The message may be blunt, but for some that may be the tough love approach they need? The softly softly approach can't work for everyone. Look at the success of boot camps for fitness, being pushed, shouted at or challenged is the catalyst to rethinking eating and/or exercise. |
I want to hire Tonya Harding to smash her knee caps, just to see how long it took this canadian moron to have some sympathy for disabled people.

i disagree, if a person has reached the point where there they are Obese, like 100 pounds or more overweight, then clearly there is an addiction problem or some other medical problem. I don't think someone can accidentally gain 100 pounds just by making poor food choices. they would have to be eating huge amounts of unhealthy food to gain that much weight. They would clearly have some underlying medical/psychological condition. |
Some random amateur making a "you're fat and disgusting" video for YouTube is not 'tough love' for altruistic reasons and is no more effective, I reckon, than some random amateur doing a "you're a drunk and disgusting" video for YouTube and expecting people to sober up. You can't insult people into changing their lifestyle and even if it's effective with one or two people that's not worth all the people you insult.

Over time it's easy to pile on weight, if you take in more calories than you use in a day, It isn't an addiction just human physiology.
There are lots of vids and comedies mocking drinking, it's very acceptable to mock people when they are drunk I blame myself for turning the conversation to being an alcoholic, if seeing vids like this helps just one then it's worth it to me... if it shames a dozen others I'm ok with that too. |
Hi Kizzy, wow that video made me howl with laughter:joker: it was like watching a Laurel and Hardy short.
But then i got scared when the music stopped:worry: |

Take responsibility for your damn self and stop trying to spread YOUR shame on OTHERS. |
There is a big difference to laughing at somebody whos drunk and falling over than laughing at say an alcoholic in the street causing themselves physical harm.
If you think it's ok to fat shame fine but as somebody whos known what it feels like to be fat shamed from my point of view and many others (Weight Watchers/Slimming World etc) it doesn't work so why not find something more productive to do? why doesn't this rancid bitch in the video stop making videos and offer to train an over weight person? why doesn't she use her 'fame' to be more positive and offer to go to schools to help kids educate themselves? she doesn't give a **** about people apart from herself, being contraversial for attention is her illness. |

is that not #drunkshaming, could that be a thing now... People get drunk even if their not alcoholics in the same way people eat unhealthy food and gain weight even though there is no affliction associated perhaps? I'm confused about this whole 'shaming' phenomenon, it's like the 'offended' one, most get shamed or offended on other peoples behalf and that's silly. Why would anyone who can maintain their own health want to train someone else, is it not beneficial to take the responsibility for your own body? There is lots of help, advice and support out there. |
