..I think that to ridicule someone's physical appearance is just about the lowest of the low but of course it was funny because it was Jenna and Jenna isn't liked by the housemates..(most of them..)...so then different rules apply when someone isn't popular, is that not the rule..would he have ridiculed a popular housemate in the same way..he's heard the public's opinion of Jenna, he knew this would also go well for him with public popularity.../he really went down in my estimation last night/silly man...

The big difference for me Ammi is that this is something she has chosen to do her body. She chose to put those things in her arse it isnt her natural appearence it is no different to taking the piss out of say Pat Butchers earrings or David Beckhams sarong it is a fashion accesory she chose to wear.

....hmmm, I see what you're saying Bob but with cosmetic surgery, it's not really the same as people can often have it because of low self esteem and low self body image, whereas fashion accessories don't have such a deeper meaning...I think it was a 'cheap shot' by Bobby and an easy 'laugh' and was quite intentional in his target of someone he knew wasn't very popular, in fact quite disliked by both the other housemates and the general public...and then later, saying that Jenna and Farrah didn't deserve for anyone to like them.../an awful thing to say and to think...

..I do understand why they're not liked Bob, but I also think that so often when there are more extreme of characters like Farrah and Jenna..you know, the ones we love to hate and the 'villains'...other stuff that's actually equally as bad and sometimes worse can just slip under that radar or be applauded as a positive in someone because they 'took them down'../not sure if that expression is right but you know what I mean..

I do know what you mean but it is extreme body modification in some attempt to look cool it isn't surgery to try and correct something that affects her low esteem such as a breast enlargement/reduction it really is a fashion accessory that she didnt need.
Who has body issues about not looking like they have a christmas turkey strapped to their arse or feels uncomfortable that they dont look like they are wearing a nappy so full of poo that they waddle like a duck when they walk?

..I think if you know someone well enough and that you're both mutual in your feelings, as in friends.. who may jokingly say something about themselves../their physical appearance...then because it's known to be gentle teasing, the that's acceptable because it's known that no offence will be taken ...but that's not the case with Jenna and Bobby because there is obvious strong dislike of each other and there are so many things about her character that he could have found as a 'laughing point' but he chose to mock her physical appearance which to me says nothing about her but much about his character..and also obviously added to that, would he have don t the same of someone who was popular and liked in the house..?..

..I do understand it's seen as an enhancement type surgery and I understand that now she's very successful in the porn industry...but her even going into the porn industry at the beginning, could also to mean say low self esteem and with success, that doesn't necessarily go away...that she still feels that and there is lots of judgement of porn stars so obviously that judgement is something she must still feel, despite her success...whatever we achieve through life, that can still often stay with us/that low self esteem person can stay with us...I mean, you don't OTT butch like she does if you're a confident and self assured person..?..the same I think with Farrah...Jenna herself is the one who lives with how she walks and any discomfort her surgery may have caused/causes her.. and maybe 'a step too far' in something she wanted to have done to make her feel better is something she may think as well...so really still I think a low shot from him...

..you know when Lesley Ash's surgery went so wrong/and also an enhancement type surgery...I just think if she was in the house for instance and not Jenna, even if she was also a bitchy person there and quite disliked...that he wouldn't have 'gone there' with her physical appearance and you could say the same, vanity/type thing... because he's quite aware of the story behind her physical appearance but he knows nothing of Jenna's story and everyone has a story...

I don't think Bobby is creepy as such, I just don't think he is a particularly pleasant person. I look at Scoop's behaviour, and while he may not say the right things all the time, its very clear he is fundamentally a nice guy. Compare him to Bobby, and Bobby is not in the same league. Bobby may say things that he thinks people want to hear, but there are ways of doing things. Do you resolve issues quietly one to one, or do you take centre stage and try and demean and humiliate someone? He has taken that course of action at least 3 times now that I have seen, so he can get the boot at the first opportunity as far as I'm concerned.

When you are calling Bobby names, think back to when he wasn't taking on the gruesome twosome. They have called everyone names who they haven't liked almost from Day 1.

They have the wherewithal to stop it by being nice or if that is a step too far being amenable and the name calling would end there. But they haven't, they have let it rise to stratospheric proportions especially in the Secret Room. No one they liked has had it against them, but everyone else's every move, choices and talents have been ripped to shreds by them.
