Janice was that too, she disrespected many housemates time and time again. Being fake is obviously negative, it's one of the worst qualities a person could ever have and I would never want to associate myself with somebody like that. I'll take realness any day and that is what the British public rewards which is why Austin stayed and Janice got booted.
