I never even knew Janice smacked Farrah over the back twice with a chair, where did you read/hear that?

Never seen anyone prosecuted for throwing liquid in someones face. We've even seen it on BB a few times. Didnt Gina throw water at someone? No charges pressed. I dont expect any to be pressed in this instance. Its silly for Farrah to try to maintain she was assualted when she threw a glass that injured somone.

Aisleyne should be banned from all BB related show indefnitely but she isnt going to jail and I very much doubt that she'll even be arrested.

You are biased. You've made it clear that you like Farrah and dislike Aisleyne. The fact you didn't answer my question makes me think that maybe you got your version of events from Farrah, rather than reliable sources?...

All as bad as one another, I suspect none of them will come out of this looking particularly good. I suspect the only one with a real case is Vicki Michelle.

Google it I got a pretty recent incident of a woman pressing criminal charges against her neighbour for throwing alcohol in her face and the person was convicted.

I'm obviously not a lawyer so this is all just my opinion but I would guess Aisleyne throwing it without provocation and making threats prior could go against her

You are correct that Aisleynes supposed intent may go against her but again what is she likely to be charged with?

I gave it a google search but could only find Farrah claiming Janice hurled a chair at her. Her word is not exactly a reliable source, yet you seem to see it as truth.. because you're biased.

Farrah stated in the Daily Mirror that Janice threw a chair at her.
Vicki said that Janice used a chair to protect her from further harm.
Without seeing the film footage its hard to make a proper judgement.
However as farrah is only taking court action rather than pressing charges against Janice suggests that Vickis version may be closer to the truth.
Whichever way you look at it, it was sorry way for adult women to behave on national tv, Vicki accepted.

I don't think we should pass judgement on a situation where we have no idea what happened. This entire thing is a mess anyway.

I agree, if Janice had threw a chair at her, surely witnesses would have backed Farrah up..?

Bobby Davro mentioned it in his interview with the Mirror, at the time I thought he was joking it seems not, Janice not being there on finals night and no explanation was a bit strange

I've had a look around, i'm not relying on you for anything. All I can see is Farrah claiming these things, and she's not a reliable source.
