I answered something like this a good while back.
Easy for me, among several of her performances but for me one that really gets me choked up and attentive is Petula Clarks fantastic dramatic version of I Don't Know How To Love Him.
How it builds and her incredible vocal make this an absolute masterpiece for me.

I remember almost breaking apart when I saw this performance of this song
