Like - That I feel that I can be fair on my assessments of situations, sometimes it can be a negative I suppose, but it gives me a clear conscience that I know that I gave that person a chance to prove themselves.

Dislike - I can be very factual with my opinions which once I've calmed down I realise how much of a twat I've been.:laugh:
