I was at George square and the snow looked lovely with all the lights nd stuff

Yes we have a skiff of snow this morning and it got down to -5 C last night.

Day max today of just 1 C and am about to go and wash the car and its bloody freezing

Yesterday evening, Mother Nature had painted the world in white. In the garden, the ground was covered by a thick carpet of white which curled up against the walls and fences in dense drifts, and the green leaves of the scarlet berried Cotoneasters and the dark branches of the spruce and leylandiia were freshly piped with virgin icing.

A Robin Redbreast sang out 'Evensong' from the branch of a conifer in the hedge, and from some distant garden his mate answered. Then, with a flurrying of tiny wings which dislodged some of the branch's powdered snow, he was gone.

As I gazed out on this beautiful marshmallow world, I could .....

OH OK then.... I'm lying. It was just as cold and damp and muddy yesterday as it is today.

But why should Josy and LT have all the festive magic? :hehe:

from the heady heights of 1 C at 0900 its now -1C at 1345 here. Small LT's football is hard to kick

Its -8C on Cairngorm at the moment!

We have had none yet. Apparently we had some earlier according to numerous FB comments but I'm sure the people were just hallucinating tbh

It's been snowing on and off all day here. Not setting though.

We had some sleet last night. That's about it.

It was sunny today here. :laugh: We are very low down so no chance of snow just yet.
