I eat the skin, it's good for you. Although I do rub olive oil and sprinkle salt on before it goes into the oven... so I suppose that makes it a little less healthy.

For me its all about home made rosties

Livia you've just reminded me of my other favourite - baked potato rubbed with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, bake them till cooked, scoop out the potato and mash with cheese, mix in crispy bacon bits and put the the potato mix back in the skin, then sprinkle with cheese, place back in the oven and bake for a further 15/20 mins - serve with sour cream and salad -

I have one cooking atm :amazed: I put a little bit of butter and olive oil on it and then sprinkled on some salt and crushed black pepper. :flutter: Idk what I'll put on it when it comes out though.

And gluten free!!! :D
I like tuna with salad cream and sweetcorn (drained tuna in spring water) And I eat the skin too because I'm a tight northerner  |
I love baked potatoes. My favourite fillings are butter, cottage cheese, baked beans, grated cheddar or ant other tasty cheese. (Not all these fillings at once!!) Crispy bacon bits are nice too.

...so, I've oiled, salted and wrapped in foil my potato to ask the school cook to put in the oven for lunch and Livia said that she's added jacket potatoes to her shopping list ...so let's not say that TiBB isn't a huge influence on our lives...

The skin when crispy is the best bit. Lots of cheese, coleslaw, baked beans and tuna mayo.
