The little girl I use to nanny for in NY suffered with this when she was older, she took her own life 2 years ago age 20:bawling: and left the family devastated, when she was small she was such a happy kid who seemed to have everything,I do hope Sinead gets help.

Glad she's been found and is now receiving treatment. It's such a shame that she feels everyone was turning against her when it probably wasn't the case. Hopefully it's upwards from here.

Crimson Dynamo 29-11-2015 06:37 PM

she sounds paranoid

Cherie 29-11-2015 06:40 PM

I was curiously unmoved by this, I think posting on FB just takes away from the severity of what is going on, hope she gets the help she needs and that her kids are okay, and that she deletes her FB account

EspeonBB 29-11-2015 06:41 PM

:(

I hope she's alright

Ninastar 30-11-2015 01:01 PM

glad she's 'okay' for now. hopefully she will be treated with the best care possible.

That makes it even more sad imo that she posted it on FB

2 posting it on FB and calling people out by name is tacky

Ammi 30-11-2015 01:39 PM

..(I think..)..that posting it on Facebook, in such a public way is part of her illness and what can happen with bi-polar, that she feels as though her family are all against her and are responsible for how she's feeling and wanting people to know that/paranioa...in reality, they're probably really concerned about her but what they think is best/safest and healthiest for her, could be the last thing that she feels she wants atm...

..maybe if someone was mentally healthy Jordan but I think she's far from that and her mind far from calm but in chaos...

If she wasn't threatening to kill herself as and act of revenge towards her family i'd probably have more empathy

I can't see it from your point of view.

She doesn't have clear rational thoughts like you or I would about the situation because of her state of mental health

It's like telling someone with a chemical imbalance causing depression to just get over themselves and get on with it. Unfortunately , it is the stigma put on by people with good mental health that prevents people from getting proper help for their problems.

Maybe having bi polar on top of a full hysterectomy doesn't do much for your equilibrium?

..that's probably how she felt at that moment and when she wrote what she did, but it wouldn't be something that she could help feeling because of her illness...
