So between them all they have a very large vocabulary.
Its interesting what people say about their dogs reacting to certain actions we do. Jack always gets excited when he sees me brush my hair because he knows its a signal that we could be going out.

Most things. Even if I don't speak he knows what I mean by head movements, hand movements, etc.

Omg that's just reminded me. I was in town the other day and was waiting for someone when I saw this blind guy go past with a guide dog. The dog did a poop on the pavement and immediately walked behind the guys knees and pressed against his legs. The guy got a poop bag out and the dog nudged his arm and guided him to where he'd pooped. :pat:

My pooches get excited when i'm dressed and ready and coming down the stairs, they start to cry and spin round as they know we're going out:laugh:

And my boy looks expectantly at me everytime i put my coat on, i swear he'd walk with me 100 times a day if he could, but my girl is a different story, she hates lead walks and will not lead walk in the rain! (She's a stubborn little bugger!)

We like to think he's a clever little chap, so how is it when he's sitting on Steve's lap and I say, "where is Steve" he jumps off him and runs expectantly to the door? :conf:

Yes they have memory from puppy onwards

"Stay." "Stop There"
