I don't get why they would want an eviction on day 4 because surely they knew Winston would be nominated straight away, but also it's pretty obvious they put him in the house to cause contoversy which in turn would get more people watching (lmao as if). So, him (maybe) being in the house for only 4 days doesn't really make much sense
