Emma did nothing wrong, clearly he was frustrating her. She handled it really well. With dignity and intelligence unlike some

Emma was BRILLIANT and that is the view of the majority of the forum from what I can see on other threads. But everyone is entitled to their opinion after all. The ONE thing I would never ever in a million years understand is how anyone can DEFEND Winston or his views. Wrong is wrong. And many have been hurt from what happened last night

Emma ****ing Willis
The whole situation has been so tiring and honestly quite upsetting but I did like how she shut him down, she did very very well.
|
Quite embarrassing really. Poor presentership (think I just made that word up)
Yes Winston is a total stone age ***hole (stone age is generous) but the whole interview stunk of look at me taking the moral high ground. She let her emotions get the better of her and it came across really poorly. |

He tried to be the politician and dodge the question, Emma didn't let him :worship: |
I think she done a **** job. Let the guy talk and say as much or as little as he likes. It's his interview. No one gives a **** about Emma's opinion. Just ask the questions on your card and improvise now and then, but no need to jump down everything and make a rant. It came across too "look at me trying to be the hero and make people love Me" tbh. Rylan was much better. Fair play to him.

for yrs I been saying this Davina is best n emma is pointless

It was terribly great or greatly terrible. I think maybe both. She is an awful interviewer, but it was highly amusing.

I hate when people pretend to be so offended by comments.

'Best Interview' - WHAT interview? It was little more than an embarrassing 'face-saving' exercise by the producers who not only deliberately PUT imbecilic Winston into the show despite being well aware of his ludicrous and offensive views, AND his limited intellect, AND the fact that he WOULD create uproar, but specifically BECAUSE of those three facts.
There was no 'interview' by Emma per se, just a series of scripted 'prepared' statements which were designed to 'condemn' the 'under pressure' clown Winston and convey to the viewers that the show had no culpability for his offensive views, whilst harrassing and confusing him further, to prevent him from explaining himself. It was her WORST interview. |
Incredible

I don't like the guy never have done & I am glad he has gone. :smug:
The voting Public should decide who should leave the house & no one else. But Emma is totally wrong the way she conducted the interview. :nono: Winston's comment about Gay adoption had nothing to do with what happened in the house, this was said last year during the General Election. Big Brother set Winston up nite before eviction with that impromptu task. This is why BB only paid Winston 60K because they knew he wouldn't last & he was just a patsy for ratings and nothing more. |
They put him in there, they even aired his homophobic views on his VT, I don't know why the show is scrambling around on the moral high ground now. The comment about adoption was made in the show by the producers, not by Winston on the show, I think Winston may have never interacted on a personal level with gay people before, and I think if he had been left in he would have learned a lot. Instead he was manipulated out of the show and Emma felt the need to humiliate him to make herself look better or something, the show is turning into a farce

Ooh snap Papillion

Worst interview. She was absolutely terrible. Ive lost all respect for her after that I generally liked her before
