I know it was actually impressive in a sick sort of way

I totally agree rusticgal was going to create a thread bout the same thing. He was cringey to watch tonight. A grown man acting like a little toddler or a school kid saying 'They are all at me!!!'. Weak men sicken me and I don't like crying men either unless its a bereavement or something. He needs to go but of course he wont as he has fans from his Eastender days and his so called other career. Stupid stupid stupid

Enlighten me what is weak about crying...? Not defending John hes a bit of a lovey pratt but crying is not weak really ignorant opinion tbh

..I think his tears were genuine, I've not been impressed by him/how he's been in the house but I do think that his tears were genuine...in a few days, he's gone from being 'papa bear', someone respected by his housemates, to it all falling apart and finding that he's not really liked that much by many...plus, he's had the boos so an echoing of thoughts from the public as well...and as he says, lack of sleep and lots of drama so a general exhaustion....as much as he isn't a favourite of mine, I do think that he's a complete emotional mess atm with his 'fall' over the last week and his realisation of that....(and actually might have genuinely thought that he was always just trying to help and calm etc..)...but is really not that good at it in reality...

John's gameplan was called out by both Gemma and Megan in epic style. He fell silent soon afterwards. Silent at the realization that his game is over cos the rest of the house now know what game he was playing. Thats why he has gone down the path of poor me me me cry cry cry. All fake and for the cameras simply because he knows that regardless of if he goes tonight or not he will not win the show. Thats why he is fed up and has only one option left which is to go down the fake tears path and hope that the public are dumb enough to fall for it.

I actually DO know Johns carreer as it happens and you are entitled to your opinion Kaz but so am I entitled to mine. I don't like the way John was crying. It was over damn all, nobody died, nobody is terminally ill, nobody hit him. I think he is a good actor I liked him in Eastenders, in fact I liked him when he went in. I have also seen him as a talent show judge and in various other things but I have gone right off him. I never liked men who cry for no proper reason and I am not going to change my mind now. As a matter of fact I don't like women blubbering either like bloody Stephanie

Just don't understand people who don't like someone calling his career "so called" ,when is career is far from "so called" he is a talented man ,like him or not,,also nothing wrong imo with men crying, lots of them do it as do the girls, sometimes emotions have to be let out man or woman,Everyone is entitalled to their opinion obviously and I was just giving mine.

You wouldn't like me then. I cry more than my missus. Maybe it's because I was brought up with 4 sisters who were always blubbing and I had to to get any attention.

Anyone can see that John is genuine....anyone who is genuine can see that.....Angie, Nancy, Daniela and Darren can see that....have said that....my money's with them ....they're not stupid people....
One thing for sure the best Oscar could never go to Gemma, not because she's genuine but because she's just a terrible terrible actress

You'd have to be two brain cells up from a nettle to not see how fake she is

Funny how both he and steph both call gemma a monster then accuse her of being a bully before bursting into tears..... fake predictable manipulators.

He was crying because...
1. His gameplan didn't work
2. He has to be nice to his housemates to get them back onside.
3. He has to play the victim to get the public back onside.
4.....on top of all this he isn't getting much sleep and it's all got too much :joker:
