^That was the point where I went off Tami & Barbra - they were just looking for reasons to dislike Maryum at that point. I agree Zac was the best at being a participant, but entertainment wise he was pretty dry.

The trailer for Season 2 looks great, I can't wait :clap1: And omg @ Zac's wife being on the the S2 participants!

Haven't watched Season 2, but they tell them it is part of improved security and when the producers go in they disguise it as a documentary on Prison life.

thanks

A&E Network has locked down its hit docuseries 60 Days In for another two seasons. Season 3, titled 60 Days In: Atlanta, will premiere Thursday, March 2 at 9 PM on A&E.

The series, which places innocent participants undercover behind bars to expose what really happens during incarceration, was cable’s No.1 unscripted crime series in 2016 among adults 25-54, 18-49 and total viewers in Live+7, according to Nielsen and A&E.

The new installments take place at what’s described as one most dangerous facilities in the country, Atlanta’s Fulton County Jail, run led by Col. Mark Adger. Two groups of participants were filmed in back-to-back phases, to be aired air over two seasons.

The new participants include a special education teacher who works with at-risk youth, a man who believes that the system has failed African-Americans and wants to help fight discrimination, a former corrections officer who wants to see what it’s like when the roles are reversed, a woman who met her husband while he was incarcerated and hopes to understand his institutionalized behavior and a Marine with law-enforcement aspirations.

Unlike previous seasons, male and female participants will be separated in two different facilities — men in the main campus where they share a cell with one other inmate and females in cell-bunk form with seven other inmates. The participants are on lockdown with their cellmates for more than 15 hours a day and face immense pressure to fit in or risk being the target of threats, violence or their having cover blown.

Completely forgot about this show until it came up in my recommended on YouTube. Watched some clips from other seasons (I only saw Season 1) and it still looks really good! Might give it a go again.

Apparently Season 5 premiered a couple days ago!

I loved the first 2 seasons, never got round to watching the later ones but I might perch soon

Watching clips from S4 and one of the participants ended up getting into an actual romantic relationship with one of the real inmates :skull:

And then she told the inmate about the program and it got shut down and all the participants had to be removed :skull:

A damn mess @ one of the new participants inviting an inmate upstairs to fight and also threatening to stab him :skull:

Headie 25-01-2019 02:08 PM

Screaming @ one of the participants thinking he can make demands to production and threaten to expose the show if he's not listened to, so they kicked him out the program :joker:

Headie 25-01-2019 02:37 PM

Ahh this white guy keep saying he doesn't see race and feels uncomfortable getting involved with the race gangs, and then saying "it's white TV day, there shouldn't be a problem" when everyone gets pissed at him changing the TV channel :skull: A damn mess

This guy is really just making the gangs worse and encouraging the divisions more rather than trying to get info on how to dissolve the gangs smh, I guess it's not surprising tho as he used to be a gang member and has been in prison before. Not sure why he was cast tbh

Headie 01-02-2019 11:58 AM

The inmates perving on Remy Ma on their prison TV :skull:

Headie 01-02-2019 12:08 PM

Abner is the most annoying participant ever omds, such a thug.

Headie 16-02-2019 10:24 PM

I know I keep saying it but honestly these participants are terrible at their "missions", literally never seen so many participants inciting and encouraging other inmates to fight and break rules :skull:

Headie 16-02-2019 10:53 PM

Abner is quite possibly my least favourite person on the planet, I hope they charge him with assault and lock him up for real
