That death toll is going to rise by a lot throughout the day sadly and it still doesn't seem like the situations under control yet

Niamh. 22-03-2016 08:55 AM

Jeez my brother and Dad use that airport and metro regularly for work, thankfully they weren't there now.

terrible scenes. Seems like some of the terrorists are still alive, so with some good fortune, there will be a lot of intelligence to be had from this.

I'd go with that theory

The first bomb went off in a gift shop and this caused people to run the other way straight into another bomb at the airport.

Will. 22-03-2016 09:55 AM

RIP all :(

Shaun 22-03-2016 10:14 AM

Some saying the toll is now 27 :(

Yes Clever Terrorist Plan
Evil and some are Suicide Killers

Denver 22-03-2016 10:29 AM

They need to retaliate by destroying Isis territories and I mean properly destroy them not drop a handful of bombs

Jessica. 22-03-2016 11:18 AM

 This is so sad, hope my friend who gets the metro is okay.

arista 22-03-2016 11:29 AM

Tim Marshall of LBC
talking on BBC2HD Daily Politics
he said they are playing catch up,
you buy a phone make a call
through the phone away.
Suicide Bombers could enter
all places in Brussels
easy.

Changes in Security will have to happen
now.

I read just yesterday that every single police officer is working in London (starting since 4am this morning) so I'm hoping there's nothing going on here too, because what a coincidence if not... The article said 'London is prepared for up to 10 terrorist attacks' so here's hoping we really are.

Ithinkiloveyoutoo 22-03-2016 12:05 PM

One of my worst fears if I survive a blast is to be stuck under rubble in the underground as I have nasal passage issues.

Prayers for everyone. Sigh

Can you ever be ready for something like this. Terrorist are salivating at the prospect of getting London. One of the big targets. Stay safe everyone.

I read that we've actually stopped quite a few events from happening. We use a lot more intelligence and military police than Paris/Brussels do so I think we're pretty safe. However, you cant prevent everything unfortunately.

I ****ing hate this

Cherie 22-03-2016 12:24 PM

Does anyone else get sick of the level of reporting, do we really need to hear stories of people running for their lives and being trapped etc, I find it all a bit too much and as for statements like...we will need to review security ...eh? Didn't that happen after Paris and the last lockdown in Brussels..
