you can actually train yourself not to have a gag reflex, it takes practice and patience but it's doable

No it was like this thing I had to hold at the back whilst they fitted them, I thought It was going to slip and fall down my throat.

But maybe health care has evolved since then.

How long do they take to fit?

I tried that today in the hallway but I suddenly couldn't take it and gagged but it sounded like I was screaming, I was embarrassed.

I didn't have anything I had to hold no.

It takes about 45 minutes for both sets to go on. Well it did for me anyway.

hmm it was at the beginning and it was like holding mouth open wide I think.
