Well, she applied last year...so they dug into her story a bit... Found Jason, and approached him/recruited him under the guise of him being a body double... That being the excuse for how he came on their radar

It's a shame the production team don't spend more time coming up with some good tasks and stuff instead of all this hardcore ****-stirring and fake drama starting.

..I missed most of last night's HL show but I don't think that it would be Charlie that would ruin Jason's time in the house but BB themselves because it seems doubtful that either of them would have been chosen to be there if it hadn't been for the connection between them and the interest of that...it's not like either of them hold that much interest in terms of entertainment but the 'entertainment' is their relationship..so it would be impossible for her to be the cause of his time in the house being ruined as it were...BB already deemed that ruin...


...I feel really sad and sorry for her tbh...everything about her, her personality traits/her physical appearance would say to me 'insecure'...and what BB have done essentially is to take that insecurity and set it up to be 'hated'..I have no idea what their actual history is because I've only read titbits on the forum and I have no idea with Jason how encouraging he's been with her obvious admiration for him...but the whole thing just seems quite distasteful to me..not ony that BB are choosing housemates because of their insecurities but that HL shows are contrived and edited to install such negativity toward them...

I think he's trying to be diplomatic and let her down gently, because he's a nice guy and also because if things turn nasty, it's a very small house to be trapped in with a bunny boiler type.

Yes still not convinced that it's not a pre scripted thing anyway, I hope Im proved wrong and she is a bunny boiler though and Jason has to barricade himself into the DR to get away from her

Why is Charlie getting hate for it? She's come into the main house and tried to pursue her ex - he hasn't set her straight yet and told her that he isn't interested in that anymore. Even at the end of the episode when she walked away from him he was still not setting her straight, she was saying that if Big Brother was more important than her than that's fair enough, and he was saying 'oh that's not what I'm saying'. He should just tell her that he doesn't want to get back with her and he wants the experience of BB more than he wants her. She's said she'll leave me alone if he doesn't want her.

I felt for her last night. As much as I don't like contrived storylines, I think the Charlie/Jason situation could prove to be really interesting. It looks like she's a very insecure, maybe slightly troubled person, and I think Jason cares about her (maybe too much to cut her out his life, but not enough to want to be with her), and as much as the situation is set up, I think they're their feelings are quite raw and natural, and it's a very different relationship dynamic to anything we've seen on BB before, so yeah it's something I'm finding very interesting to see play out.

If the prods are not careful They stand to loose Jason by allowing this leech to force him into a corner. We can all clearly see that He wants to get away from her but he cant do it live on tv and come out smelling of roses. He is trying to let her down and its borderline harassment, in fact if it was any woman on any man acting like that, BB would warn them. She is an X and by definition their relationship is over but their friendship still remains and she os playing on his good natured ways.
