It was so refreshing to see someone behaving honestly.

Here whats would happen if jayne said goodbye to natalie:
(Jayne gets up)
Jayne "bye natalie"
Natalie- "**** off you 2 face bitch"
housemates holds back natalie and jayne

Or maybe she actively chose to be dignified? And maybe she actively chose not to be a hypocrite? Better than actively choosing to be sly, manipulative and vicious?

She couldn't win whatever she chose to do, as those her dislike her would have chosen to criticise her either way.

It would have been difficukt to criticise somebody for acting regularly. Nobody was commenting the week before how ***** georgina was for saying bye to marco. Its common courtsey and she actively chose to go against it. Yes she should have said bye because she is an adult.

Not even comparable, unless I missed Marco call Georgina a *****.

She should've said goodbye to Natalie as Natalie was getting a really nasty reaction from the crowd and didn't really need someone in the house also being nasty.

But that's from a person that's not personally involved in the feud, if I was spoken to by Natalie as Jayne was spoken to by her, then I would do the same thing that Jayne did as I'm a big grudge holder if I'm pushed hard enough.

So my head says yes she should've said goodbye, but my heart says no as I can understand where Jayne's coming from.

Chero 26-06-2016 01:22 AM

She should have stood up and said, "Now you know what the public thinks, maybe Natalie you should give me a little apology before you leave." :D

It doesn't matter what Jayne does or do. Until she gets a public vote and gets a big cheer from the crowd, she will be bullied nonstop. If she faces the public vote and gets cheers from the crowd, next day the butt kissing will commence and a new target will be found by the lynch mob. This year's crop is the biggest bunch of butt suckers ever seen in Big Brother history. The original others are the only really interesting ones of the bunch. Just saying.

Zzz 26-06-2016 01:34 AM

I think she handled it really. If I was her I would have honestly cried happy tears while laughing because common courtesy is long overdue. And Marco was just annoying and never vile like Natalie, so I just don't understand what Georginas problem is. She should leave Jayne alone.

This is exactly it. Put yourself in the same situation as Jayne, having been horrendously targeted and insulted by Natalie the was she was, and I wonder if those criticising her might well have done the same. I wonder if some of them might even have been saying good riddance, in a much stronger way.

There is no comparison with the Georgina/Marco situation- Georgina had an issue over him calling her cake crap, whereas Jayne had an issue with Natalie calling her a *****, and carrying out a campaign to degrade and provoke her whilst turning the whole house against her. Not comparable at all.

It would have been so hypocritical to have followed the crowd. And maybe it's not even about holding a grudge but being true to herself. I respect her for having the courage to follow this course of action, knowing the house is likely to judge her negatively because of it and possibly turn on her.

Ammi 26-06-2016 07:28 AM

..maybe she could have stood up and congratulated Charlie and Hughie but then, that may have been perceived as insensitive as well so I think it really was a lose/lose situation for her to be in, in terms of criticism...one of the things that I do love and admire about her is her stance on not 'following the pack' and being true to herself, which she's being very true to...before evictions, there are nominations by housemates and nominations by 'the pack' so she knows that she has a danger of isolating herself but she's still being true to her heart...

jaxie 26-06-2016 08:03 AM

They didn't get along so why would Jayne be a hypocrite and fuss over Natalie when she left?

Not standing up and waving a person off always seems rude to me.

But Jayne can do no wrong because she's demented and the viewers of BB obviously see themselves in her.

The other housemates would have spoke bad about her either way. If not for staying put, then for standing up, opening up opportunity for one last squabble which Jayne would've inevitably received the blame for (for standing up in the first place).

:clap1::clap1::clap1: We know that they are ALL fake to varying degrees and that they are all in there to try to get 'Rich and Famous', but one element of fakeness which has always turned my stomach, is the pantomime everytime someone is evicted.

Some HM's weep and wail - even when they've only known the departing HM a few days, and all the hugging and cries of 'Love You' 'Miss You' is pure bull.

If I had participated in the genuine hate-filled arguments and insults which Jayne did with Natalie, I would not have been hypocritical and stood up to wish her ''Au Revoir' and 'Bon Voyage' either - I would have shouted 'Good Riddance Cont' and 'Glad you're going'.

NO. Natalie is a vile specimen.

She did not deserve Jayne's attention. ;)

We'll I can see why you like Natalie with this post of yours.

armand.kay 26-06-2016 09:54 AM

She should of stood up.... And gone to the mirror to check herself out as Nat left.

hot2go 26-06-2016 10:02 AM

She would have been criticised as two faced if she had....so she's f-cked either way in that situation...she may as well choose the option that at least makes herself happy.

I don't like her but I would have done the same as she did in that situation...but I wonder if Natalie had done that to Jayne if Jaynes supporters would have agreed with her making the same decision.
