I don't beleive for one moment that Georgina's insecurities caused her to behave the way she did. All through the office task she bitched and moaned and made everyone miserable, but as soon as she was promoted, all smiles.
I'll bet that's how she was as a kid, sulks, pouts, tantrums and then a sunny smile when she got her own way. Spoilt rotton.
