He appeared on CBB16 8 months after his series of TA. That wouldn't be any different to Selina appearing on CBB18.

If Lateysha was on regular BB then Steven Uguolah can probably qualify too. If Selina isn't on CBB18 then maybe they could think about her too, even though unlike Steven she lasted pretty long.
