I dont know why you cant see the difference between one man and a couple thousand paying customers. I really cant.
Other people can, other people see the huge difference and it would not make them hypocrites for acting differently because they can see this huge difference, the huge difference will make them react differently. Because obviously.
I typed all this but im getting the impression you only made this thread to tell people that you're right and Jason is awesome and you didnt actually make it for a discussion at all. You should probably avoid putting questions in your titles if youre not open to answers

Actually this is not primarily about Jason at all, though he is loosely connected because of the vitreol he received over Lateysha....it isn't even about Lateysha or Jackson directly either....this is about Ryan, Sam, Hughie and Jayne, a community of the voters and the BOTS audience on the night Lateysha left ....the general consensus amongst those mentioned above was that Lateysha should have made the final because she was a single mom and preferably should win the show and that opinion existed way before the night she got evicted. The fact she wants what's best for her child is exactly why they all thought she deserved to win. But they don't apply those same principles to Jackson and his child.
The question was, will the single dad be shown the same favoured attitude that the single mom was shown ? ...and the answer is now a very clear no, he won't.
Which leads me to assume that the compassion for children shown by the likes of Sam and Tina Malone and many Lateysha supporters doesn't extend to all children but in fact only the child of Lateysha...it also leads me to think that had Jason pressed the button and evicted Jackson none of the others would have given a dam.
Maybe a good idea for those who felt so affronted and morally upset with Jasons decision should drop the Save the Children act because it's clear now that the reasons they gave for turning on him were in fact lies and nothing to do with wanting the best for the children at all.
