There's nothing BB can do to force housemates to stay, the only reason they usually tell HMs to sleep on it is so that they can make arrangements for them but if I was in that house and I wanted to leave that badly I'd have just gone and sorted myself out. He doesn't want to leave, he's freaking out because his gameplan's gone up in smoke and now he wants to play the victim.

Exactly. Enough people have left BB in the past- if people truly want to go, they can, and just need to stick to their guns. If he is so easily persuaded to stay, it is because in reality, he wants to be persuaded. As you've suggested, there is always the option to break out and stay out- again, others have done so in the past. The BB house is not a prison, and no-one can be 'forced' to stay.
If, as some people are suggesting, BB are using the £20,000 to persuade him to stay, Jason really needs to decide his priorities. If he really is being pushed too far, his mental health is worth far more than £20,000- as his principles should be in all honesty- especially when it appears he is fairly wealthy outside of the house.
