Andy hasnt just developed an issue with Hughie, since the moment they met he's always told us what he thinks of Hughie and his ingrate boy friend and how he finds Hughies lack of manners and lack of social skills annoying.

How different things can look to different people....you saw that as Hughie clearing the air with Jayne...I saw that as Hughie still focusing on a negative situation with Andy, talking about him behind his back and Jayne using it as an opportunity to clear the air between Hughie and herself..

That's what I seen too. The facts.

So you never heard or saw hughie apologise at least three times then, no?

An apology means nothing if you don't change your behaviour. Words are cheap.

Littlegreen 25-07-2016 11:49 AM

That rant in the diary room seemed to be another of Andy's lectures to the audience at home, telling us how we should be viewing Hughie.

If he wasn't so up his own arse he'd probably be an okay bloke.

Hughie is a prick when he argues he's nasty.

When Hughie argues it's loud but it's always honest and upfront, he doesn't say one thing then run off to the diary room and give over a load of guff for the sheep at home to gobble down.

The majority of things Hughie says about others is when he is in his group and the person is out of earshot...he has more faces than Big Ben... he will say 'I don't want to talk about it' to a person trying to clear the air with him - then will find his group and bitch and slag that person off.. but then has the AUDACITY to say he is 'not guilty of ever doing that!

'honest' and 'hughie' I am not sure those 2 words have ever been used in the same sentence :hehe:

They have all been guilty of that...mainly Andy.

The only time he's actually said "I don't want to talk about it" was when Jason wanted to clear the air after he called Ryan "derogatory"... the other day when his rant was played back it was Jason that kept repeating himself wanting Hughie to explain if he still felt that way, and Hughie told him he was hurt at the time and didn't mean it.

Andy is lucky to have Jason in there, but even he got badmouthed by Andy in the diary room.

No wonder he has a boyfriend like Ed, two snakes together.

True they have all talked about others :D Andy has talked directly to the person involved when he can (if he can) where if you watch closely Hughie doesn't approach others they approach him

In Andy's defense he and Jason have been the most ostracised by the vast majority of HM's for a longtime. The whole teesh hughie sam ryan etc throughout the series have excluded Jason & Andy at any given opportunity despite the fact Jason & Andy have always been the 1st 2 people the majority of time to try and calm things down during arguments/fights or right there if someone is upset.

I don't quite understand why those 2 were picked out from the group to be the butt of most jokes & name-calling other than they are older wiser and have more than an elastic band holding their ears in place in their brains :hehe:

So to be fair Andy has no choice the majority of time after being shouted at or if denied a chance to talk to someone to clear the air but to goto the DR to talk it out....but at least Andy tries..

Hughie will tell you he loves you with one face - talk behind your back - stab you in the back - insert knife & twist - blame everyone but himself..

I roll my eyes whenever I hear "Andy is in the diary room" because you just know it will be another condescending annoying speech which he thinks is hilarious

What I dislike about Hughie most is his little sly digs at Jason and Andy, said with a smug half - smile.

"I don't want to talk about it no more" is Hughie's escape route once he says that after he has had HIS say it STOPS the other person from speaking their side.. it's a chicken **** way out of a what between 2 normal people would be a discussion but if Hughie is involved a slanging match which apparently he is only one allowed to shout that sums Hughie up he is a chicken **** loudmouth sack of ****..

As for your comments on Andy's fiance I can't comment he is NOT a HM :nono:

Does Andy try though?

How many times in the past week have we seen him say he doesn't want to discuss it....I am very confused at you saying he always tries to make up, when he hasn't at all.

You say hughie will stab you in the back?

But what loyalties does hughie have to Andy or Jason? Why do you feel he owes them anything?

Let's face it, he has been far less vocal about Andy than Andy has about him when the other person is not there.

Exactly. He called Jason all the horrible names he could think of. When have we ever seen Jason or Andy calling anyone names like that in or out of the DR? Never - no matter what the provocation.
