I think like Andy said, they needed a villain and they both certainly fit the bill. I wonder if their downfall was being too smug and overly confident about their union (the clique). We usually see these cliques, but I think they might have come off too friendly towards one another that it made quite a few of them look like gameplayers.

I think that without Lateysha and Ryan there, they were forced to play the game differently and that put everyone on more equal terms. Andy wasn't a target anymore because they couldn't afford to look like bullies to the public since they didn't have their carefully arranged firing line of charismatic characters to back up the lack of participation from some of the more laid back HM's (Alex, Evelyn, Sam, etc)

Hughie earned his place as a runner up because he played the game, but let's be honest, so did Jason. I think the boot order was about right this year... Jayne should've at least beat Evelyn and Jackson imo. She was quite the character and contributed a lot throughout her time in the house. She didn't play a ruthless game either which I was surprised by.

Jackson was the only wasted space in the final imo. Maybe those viewers were high and thought they were going to bring back Bob Marley's spirit

Pretty sure he just denied it in the interview with Emma.

Which makes him a pussy for not owning up to it or a moron for not remembering to owning up to it already.

Hardly worth the praise.

The show would be pulled by the end of week 1.

He's an ok enough guy but what a dull HM to watch. I don't hate him but this is not winner material.

You don't think that him being boring as watching paint dry amongst a room full of strong characters and still standing out is an achievement in of itself?

I understand what you mean, on his own, he'd probably be just sat there with a can of beer staring off into space looking around... it's Charlie and the various drama of the house that pulled him out of his shell.

The best moment of this years BB for me is when Jason booted her out of the house. Piss funny.

Crimson Dynamo 26-07-2016 11:24 PM

Maybe this why he drives an Aston Martin

JayBlaze 26-07-2016 11:33 PM

Kicked Lateysha out, kicked Ryan out wearing a bin bag lol iconic moments

Yeah you're right, it was undoubtedly a game move. And full credit to him tbh because objectively, regardless of feelings about the person who lost their place as a result, he took part in a gameshow, made a big, risky and well considered move, and it paid off for him. And it could have easily backfired, it all rested on how he played it from that point to the final whether it would end up paying off. And I don't think he'd ever have won had he not done it so in terms of a game move it was flawless, well done to him.

I still don't think he hit the button first :omgno: and evicting Lateyesha was a drama move inspired by the prods :hehe:

I don't have to try at all to find a reason for wanting jason to win. He's hard working, decent, loves dogs and doesn't expect people to wait on him hand and foot.
Compare him to others like Lateysha & Co, who think that being lazy, rude, unkind, immoral and that the world owes them a living and it's really no contest. Well done Jason.

He took her out because he knew that at the first opportunity she and her clique would take him out. They had been trying up until that point.

Patricia4 27-07-2016 07:53 AM

The best move he made it was the start of her ugly mates showing their true colours.

Vanessa 27-07-2016 07:56 AM

It was the best thing Jason has ever done.

One of the best moments of Channel 5 era Big Brother even!!!!!

Absolutely brilliant viewing!:cheer2:

Watching her being given the boot made far, far better viewing than ANYTHING she actually did while she sat on her bed during the majority of her time in that house!.

What a MESS of a human being an an awful role model to young women everywhere.:bored:

I hate what BB has become. [emoji23]

Hughie may have been able to scream his head off like a petulant child every other episode but it doesn't make him in anyway interesting.

This.
If Big Brother is about the best person, and once it did, then I can see no wrong with him winning it. He has shown enough deserving personal traits - that qualifies.

All true, Hughie would not have been a worthy winner, screaming in someones face isn't funny and its not clever .....the best man won because he was a true gent

hot2go 27-07-2016 10:04 AM

Rather than paying off for Jason I think proves more that Lateyshas self serving attitude doesn't pay off

Vanessa 27-07-2016 10:05 AM

Tisha and her gang showed their true colours during the task. That went massively on Jason favour and i bet got him a lot of votes.

Amy Jade 27-07-2016 10:09 AM

I agree with MrWong really - had he admitted his reason and stuck to it rather than play the pity card I'd have respected him.
