I like it this way it reminds me of the old BB. I think the producers can technically get away with it now because of the constant disclaimers they show

A fair few people I have seen moaning that Marnie didn't get a warning for the tits thing...and also Bear for 'following' Saira round the kitchen. Its just..odd.

I suspect that the producers are aware of the fact that some "celebs" just want to take the money and get booted out at the first opportunity, so they're taking it easy on them.
