I think she is a hideous woman. Even her facial expressions distain other people. She really does seem to think she is better than everyone else.

I don't think she's nasty or vile, she does not know how to mix with people, she's been brought up to trample all over people to get to her own way.

Not so, both are tw@ts if they do in the manner Saira does it- she comes across to me as an angry, bitter and confused woman who doesn't know where she stands in a world she doesn't quite understand and cannot quite control.

Lewis got them absolutely spot on in his diary room segment. They are used to everything going their way and people doing as they say, they're finding out that people won't listen to them and conform to their rules and they can't stand it.
