Naming the alleged rapist before he has even been found guilty should be made illegal. Many men's lives have been shattered because some women claim they have been raped, when in fact they accuse because of regret, malice or just sheer attention getting.
The women who falsely accuse should receive jail sentances to, because it's not only men who suffer because of these malicious false accusations, it's the real victioms of rape too.

amen but when will men finally stand up to this tide of evil feminism? I try it here everyday and i get phenomenal abuse when all im doing is fighting for more balance and justice for men....as it stands any drunken woman with no memory can anonymously accuse anyman of any sexual crime and regardless of his total innocence the mans life will immediately be destroyed forever.....whilst she is anonymous and her face cannot even be seen during cross examination in court. what a sick male hating sexist country we have become.
