Why should a person with social power influence others into voting their way.
Completely goes against the fundamental principals of democracy.
People should vote for who they want and that not be influenced by a celebrity's opinion.
Once again, its the poor people being told what to do by the rich people.
This is the exact reason why we have such an economic divide.

People have all kinds of influences when it comes to politics. Parents, friends, teachers... celebrities. There's nothing wrong with listening to all of them, hearing other peoples points you might not have thought of, and making informed decisions :shrug: If someone takes a celebrities pov more seriously than everyone else's (including their own) then that's a problem with celebrity culture, not democracy. If people only ever listened to the politicians then it would be disastrous :worry:
