This is so true. The nurse gave me a sedative before the proceedure, but she said 'I'll bet you won't need one next time' and she was right.:laugh:

Thanks Jaxie. I'm not really very brave, but after all the support I got on this site when I was wondering whether to have it done or not, I would have felt a right wuss if I hadn't had it done.:laugh:

Yes it certainly was arista. After the third injection they are going to test my eyes again to see if my sight has improved (a third of people react favourably to this treatment) But at least doing something is better than doing nothing isn't it.:wavey:
