Well it wouldn't have been realistically possible to lose all that weight in the amount of time she did if she hadn't had a gastric band. The important thing is maintaining it and now she's exercising constantly and keeping herself in shape.

but she has a nerve to lap up all the praise when she didnt exactly loose it the doctor did also she got herself there in the 1st place by buying Greggs out of business

I'm not defending her but once people get to a certain size it becomes almost impossible and seems like it's going to take forever - so yes she opted for the easy way but she could have easily fallen back into her old ways but she hasn't, so she deserves some credit.

that is wrong tbh my mum was like 30st and got type 2 diabetes and lost a lot of weight and now weighs about 16 all without surgery so you can do t if you really want to

I'm not saying it can't be done, but it is a long process and honestly if she has the money for it then I don't see why not. :shrug:
