it's been a particularly bad week for me after three years of "badness" and i guess i'm coming to a realisation that things probably aren't going to get a whole lot better which kinda sucks

...you've had a bad week, a really grim week but it's gone and try if you can to believe that this week/next week is going to have some good stuff in it...keep yourself open to believing that nice things will happen also..(as well as whatever grim things..)...and then when they do happen because they do for most of us..you'll see them and absorb them, they won't just pass you by without you even noticing../absorbing them will give you strength in yourself to deal with the rubbish...:hug:... |
