Stranger Things is brilliant but I honestly don't think anyone who didn't grow up in the mid 80's - early 90's can ever fully appreciate everything that it has to offer... I mean, I know younger people will probably have SEEN things like E.T., The Goonies, IT, and Stand By Me... but it has a whole different set of feels when you grew up watching that stuff, on a big-arse CRT telly with 4 channels :joker:

That's one of the reasons I loved it. :flutter:

It was such a fantastic throwback to those vintage 80s Spielberg-esque films and it captured that ET atmosphere perfectly.
