He has gone in there with a plan to destroy Speodi and take the sympathy votes but he is making a bit of a mess of it all. He has always been emotional but this time it seems forced and fake. His temper is real but he has underestimated Speidi and it pains me to say it but, he is not doing the job he went in to do, thats going to be James Jordans job when he decides to kick it up a notch.

i like him :)

Love him

Northern Monkey 08-01-2017 09:45 AM

He's an emotional wreck and not in a funny way.

Brillopad 08-01-2017 09:48 AM

No he is an attention seeking no mark.

at least he isn't boring unlike Brandon :hehe:

This obsession with Speidi is ruining his chances of winning. If he doesn't drop it he will lose popularity.

I think this is the most I've agreed with you in a long time, excellent post.

I like him

tanussa 08-01-2017 12:49 PM

absolutely love him. he gets emotional but then who wouldnt with the nasty, cruel speidi duo, even if they are a double act. they wind him up & he cant hold back. & hes good entertainment, if he didnt respond you'd probably say he was boring now without james

thesheriff443 08-01-2017 01:27 PM

He is just trying too hard.

Tom4784 08-01-2017 01:29 PM

He was terrible in his last season and he hasn't changed in this one.

Gusto Brunt 08-01-2017 01:41 PM

As a person, he seems okay. BUT he is too volatile for me in the real world.

I couldn't stand the hassle of anyone like that blowing up over something so pointless as water...

I cannot wait for James to kick it up a notch, Spieid are no match for him ,and even better if he pairs up with Austin

Love him  Proving already once again why he's such an excellent housemate. He called Janice out on her **** and now he's doing the same with Speidi.

He's pretty much exactly as he was in CBB16. Awful then, awful now.

I kinda liked him then but he's acting pathetic this season.

But the way hes doing it isnt anything to celebrate? Hes made a tit of himself and came off worse than Speidi in an argument where they were entirely selfish - its very difficult to lose a 'dont steal and hide communal food/drink' argument, but he did?!

How exactly did he lose or 'come off worse'? Because Heidi got him called to the diary room?

By screaming at the top of his voice for ten mins and having to calm down in the diary room for a further 45, when asking them nicely and calmly in under 2 mins would have been a billion times more effective. I think everyone in the house and viewing the show from their home was a bit bewildered by Austins actions, including speidi who looked innocent in comparison, when they werent! They were entirely selfish!

It wouldn't though because there is simply no way of getting through to them. It is something that needed to be made an issue of and Austin highlighted it well and now all the other housemates are aware of what they're up to and how sneaky they are.

Because they were deliberately trying to antagonise him (and the rest of the housemates) and it worked? How can you have Spencer literally saying 'I didn't realise it was Austin's water, Austin's H2O' and get irate over that? :joker: they threw him the bait and he took it

All of the housemates (including him) spent the first few days acknowledging the fact that Speidi are gonna try and wind people up and they need to play them at their own game, and then Austin falls right into their trap!

I liked him in CBB16 and still don't mind him, but he definitely didn't win

Liam- 08-01-2017 04:55 PM

No, he's a scumbag.

He doesn't need to win a stupid argument when he can just win the show instead.

It's alright to say that but when you're in the moment and somebody annoys you (whether it's intentional or not) it's hard not to respond, I'm sure we're all guilty of that. Austin isn't the kind of person to just walk away, he said his piece and I doubt they'll be stealing the water again.

I very much doubt either of them stand a chance of winning this series, not when Calum (:umm2:) is around. Besides, if he didn't want to win a stupid argument, why start one?

I don't disagree with that, and it's for that reason why I wouldn't want to live with people like Speidi (or many of the types who go on BB, tbh) cause something like that would annoy me too - but it seems a bit ridiculous to spend days talking about how you need and are going to play them at their own game, and then give them the argument that they were seeking? If it were a housemate stealing water bottles seriously then it would've looked different (he was after all obviously in the right), but when people are doing it deliberately for a reaction and you pander to them, you certainly haven't won.

They probably won't steal the water again, but they will do something else to try and wind him up - let's see if he falls for it again. I mean it's better TV when people do, but still

ebandit 08-01-2017 05:46 PM

.........err.............no! but from time to time he acts like a genuine

guy and then seems ok.........................
