It's just the "they're not arts" throwing me off.

But that was the only thing to stick out to me because "martial ARTS" then "they're not ARTS" made me chuckle. :hehe:

They're not Arts also comes across as a put down, like the "arts" are so much better than sport

Tbf acting is also a discipline that requires effort and dedication. Not everyone can do it.
