By far the easiest way is to buy yourself. If you love the person and think you will be together forever then go 50:50 but arrange with a solicitor exactly what would happen if you split as that will give you peace of mind.

You should start of small, buy take away together and see who gets the last slice of pizza.
This thread should be taken as serious as some wanting to go to a and e with a paper cut.

Truth you were only on here a couple of weeks ago saying your g/f (ex g/f?) robbed all your stuff so you either got back with her and are considering buying a house with someone who already has form for double crossing you or you just met someone and are already considering buying a house with them or .............you are winding us all up since from stuff that you post on here suggest you are naturally distrustful of women

I can afford it alone just about. but she has about 25 % of the asking price and is keen to be part owner?

but if we split or if we start arguing what happens then?
help:conf:

If she puts in 25% and you split she will be entitled to her initial investment plus 25% of the equity. Unless you go to a solicitor and have something notorised, which I would strongly advise anyone to do.

Yeah, it's definitely not as valid as endless threads asking for help with relationships, work... all kinds of stuff. We'll all be sure to run everything past you next time.

Oh come on now, asking for relationship advice is slightly different to asking for legal advice isn't it, there are plenty of specialist advice forums he could go on, this isn't the forum for it, or he could google it like most of the respondents did
