The neon signs aren't really neon, they are just transfers over a light panel that would have been lit underneath to give extra effect.

These photos are definitely genuine, the details behind the walls showing the camera runs are too precise to be fake.

Great find Ellie, some intriguing photos in that gallery. It's a shame that they haven't yet expanded into the loft area (in the second house at least anyway) as a second floor really is overdue, but it's good to see that at least the main house is getting some kind of major revamp.
