All issues that feminists are spreading. There are many issues men face, there are just more issues facing women over the world which is why these don't get as much attention, but feminists are bringing these problems forward.

A silly Men's Day isn't going to change the fact that we have a lesser average life expectancy than women, if you take umbrage with that then take it up with God.

I'm all for Suicide awareness but I don't think you need to shamelessly use that issue to argue for an International Men's Day. It's rather disgusting and opportunistic.

There's more charities aimed at women's issues because there are more issues facing the average woman then there is for men and there are charities aimed at male survivors of various issues so it's not like men are being ignored.

Honestly, you're just whining.

and I as a man am bringing forward the mass of areas where men are being left behind and in celebrating too the enormous contributions of men to our world

You know you can just save yourself the hassle and copy that to your clipboard given how it's your standard reply to anyone who doesn't share your views.

all unfairness and bias is a major problem, all sectors face this. There needs to be far more light shone on disability issues too

Most Women > Most Men

No they do not, in terms of time, womens issues have 10000s more debated hours...mens rights are rarely discussed enmasses despite the fact all of these figures relating to suicides, relatively early deaths, health spending per male, boys falling behind in schools, no fathers, no male school primary teachers, divorce settlements etc is getting worse every year for men

Greg! 10-04-2017 01:15 PM

I'm screaming at the YouTube comments. I can guarantee 90% of them got their heart broken years ago, haven't got over it and hate all women as a result :(

RichardG 10-04-2017 01:21 PM

I can't think of why anyone would be opposed to a women's day or a men's day. Both genders have problems that need to be solved so there's nothing wrong with having one day a year to publicise these issues in the media.

the majority on here have shown zero empathy for mens issues, you want to have a long hard think about how phenomenally hard and cruel that really is. This male hate runs very deep in feminists

I don't disagree with international men's day but the male MP was silly to say that men's issues are never discussed

Not all in one go, the way womens are. We need a debate focussing on all mens issues not just 1 at a time. The same way we do for women, that is equality. Its disturbs me how you focus on criticizing him and let the man hating jess phillips get a free pass. she is phenomenally rude, ignorant , unprofessional , cruel and sexist in this entire segment as she is so much of the time. Could a man get away with mocking, laughing, ridiculing female issues , when discussing matters such as female suicide, mortality rates, education for girls etc No. why? because its double standards from the male hating feminists

No, I don't see anything wrong with it at all. there are definitely some areas regarding men that need looking at. The point I was trying to make though is that in alot of those issues men themselves are their own worst enemies. For example male suicide, i think a factor in that is men find it more difficult to open up and talk about how they're feeling and it's other men, not women who make eachother feel that way largely

what patronising sexist nonsense...oh yes the millions of men dying all over the world from suicide is ALL to do with them not opening up? theres are 100s of billions less spent on mens health, mens cancer, mens charities, mens support networks, anyone who even mentions it gets mocked in parliament by a radical feminist or gets mocked on here by the male hating fraternity....telling men to just talk, who is there to listen? the spedning in these areas is far too much in female favour, the entire culture of women playing victims has to change. there are just as many male victims of domestic violence too, yet even when it gets reported so often its still not taken seriously. the fact men have no fathers, no male role models as teachers and are brought up by women only leaves them at a phenomenal disadvantage. the fact theyre are way way behind girls in education is another nail in their coffin, the collapse of industry which the left has done nothing about. the fact the benefits system is rigged for women and mothers over men and the fact young fathers get cut out of their childrens lives by the system all are part of the reason men kill themselves. and all they get is oh just talk aboiut it? what a sick joke. the entire male problems in society are on a monlithic scale. and people here dont even think we need a day to talk about it. terrible , ruthless, cold heartless and sexist male hate
