Yes, compared to previous era's she is, but I do love the album though. I think the main reason she "flopped" is because of her drastic image change. Blonde hair doesn't really suit her at all. That and the wrong choices for singles. "Chained" kinda started off well, but "Bon Apetit" was definitely the wrong choice. She should've released "Roulette" instead. Apparently, she's also doing video's for "Witness" and "Hey Hey Hey", so we'll see how those pan out.
I've done some digging and found that Britney's third album didn't sell nowhere near as "Oops" did. "Britney" sold 6 million less than the previous album, so in essense - even though the video's were great, it did flop in comparison. I do love Britney though. She get's a lot of crap for miming but I think she's great.
