They don't question their own behaviour they just lash out at anyone, verbally or physically, daring to challenge it.
I think a good upbringing that instills the right values rather than an upbringing that just teaches that shouting one's rights and entitlements at everyone is much more productive for everyone.

You are right about a good upbringing for the most part although I don't even know if it's bad upbringing, or just that some kids are indulged and spoiled to a point that they think they are in the right all the time.
