She is for sure, you are right.

AnnieK 31-05-2017 02:07 PM

It does seems ridiculous for TM to not be there. Not sure what kind of a message she thinks it will send but I suppose she said from the off she wouldn't do the live debates.

smudgie 31-05-2017 02:09 PM

Has Corbyn just changed his mind, he wasn't originally doing the debate.

If she can't choose the questions and have her answers in readiness, she won't do it. Like I've said before, she can't give answers off the hoof but then neither can Corbyn, though he is getting better at it.

Strong and stable.

She's busy running the Country. She's no time for a chat Mr Corbyn.

From my experience those with the gift of the gab, the over-confident, are often less trustworthy - do we want bl**dy salesmen as PM now. Since when have gobby PM's such as Blair ever been 'quality' PMs and since when has the gift of the gab ruled over knowledge and intellect.

If she was that busy then why did she call an election.

To give the country a chance to vote for who they want to negotiate us out of the EU.

She did explain why, during the Paxman interview.

Withano 31-05-2017 04:56 PM

Its because she wanted a 2:1 majority in parliament, to go through with a hard brexit, no? Remember when that was feasible but then she ****ed it by making terrible policies at the same time as Labour making great ones :flutter:

Wow you really believe that? It's because the tories were way ahead in the polls, she knew that Brexit will be a disaster and she wants to hold onto power for a few more years.
