but i don't have an issue with Rebecca with what she did, i just think she was put in an awkward position.

I think Rebecca found herself in an awkward position. I think she just let Kayleigh rant...there was nothing Rebecca could do about it...and tbf she probably didn't even know what it was about because she wasn't there. She could neither defend her or support her because she didn't even know what it was about...and both Chanelle and Kayleigh were equally aggressive.
Rebecca just dragged her off to the diary room...I'm sure she probably regretted doing that

What? Rebecca tried to lead Kayleigh away from the fight.

Was Raph supporting aggression too leading Chanelle away?

All that shows is Rebecca trying to remove Kayleigh from a volatile situation.

The 'thats it' comment was clearly 'thats it lets get you out of here' rather than 'thats it you tell her' too.

It wasn't a "that's it get out" comment it was a "that's it, let your aggression out" comment, you can tell by her tone

Not in my opinion. If she wanted her to let it all out why was she pushing her out of the room? did she want her to let her aggression out in another room?

I thought Rebecca handled the situation very well. As far as Kayleigh being the one removed, keep in mind that Kayleigh had told Big Brother that if she was let back in the house, she would hit the girl with a sharp object, and smash a chair across her head. I mean, why on earth would Big Brother allow her back into the house after that statement? I'm glad Kayleigh's gone, as I find the c word highly offensive, and it seems to be the only word Kayleigh knows.

JerseyWins 17-06-2017 11:51 PM

Rebecca didn't even take a side. :joker: She listened and tried to calm both sides down.

Although to be fair she handled the Arthur/Kayleigh argument better, listening in with a piece of toast.

BBDodge 18-06-2017 12:13 AM

Rebecca came out best tonight, though BB invited her to take that role.

jet 18-06-2017 01:00 AM

Kayleigh in the DR: "I'm going to beat her up. Stab her with a sharp object" or whatever threat.
Rebecca just sits there and nods agreement.
Yeah, she was great. :nono:

Rebecca was the only one who did the right thing along with Raph, both calmed the respective housemates down, and then Rebecca got raged at by Chanelle for " taking sides" unbelievable stuff

Vanessa 18-06-2017 04:25 AM

Both Rebecca and Raph tried to calm them down. They weren't taking sides.

JerseyWins 18-06-2017 07:17 AM

All I know is Rebecca is pro-toast.

AnnieK 18-06-2017 07:31 AM

Rebecca handled.it pretty well imo. She encouraged kayleigh to get her anger out therefore diffusing the situation but she didnt agree with what she was saying. Anything negative she would have said to kayleigh at that time would have.inflamed the situation further.

This. She was put in a very difficult situation and she handled it well.

She went back to collect her things and told the other housemates she was doing it so she wasn't by herself. She never condoned Kayleigh's behaviour.
She tried to calm Kayleigh but Kayleigh couldn't help herself. I think what she did was honourable.
Kayleigh's behaviour was despicable but Chanelle stirred the whole situation and Raph stood by Chanelle...so does that make him any better?

:clap1: I think this just about sums up all involved and the situation itself. Good post.

Loving the desperate shade against rebecca that did no wrong. Makes me wonder which show we are all watching

Rebecca wasn't agreeing...she realised there was nothing she could do or say to calm Kayleigh down. I think she just let her rant and let her dig her own grave...

Vanessa 18-06-2017 04:46 PM

She did not such thing. What was she supposed to do? Leave Kayleigh alone? I wouldn't have. She needed someone to be there.

None of the others were going to, for fear of looking bad.

Northern Monkey 18-06-2017 05:54 PM

She didn't take sides.Chanelle just decided to lay into her.

That's vote to evict for you.

susie q 18-06-2017 06:08 PM

I thought that Rebecca handled a difficult situation well, as did Raph. At least they tried unlike the others who just stood back and watched.

armand.kay 18-06-2017 10:04 PM

So are we gonna ignore the start of tonight's ep?
