If Kieran knew he had it before sleeping with her then yes, he should have told her. But it's impossible for us to know that. Maybe he got checked before and knew, maybe he got checked afterwards. Either way, if you're sleeping with a bunch of people unprotected you don't know on holiday the chances are you're going to catch something, so both of them opened themselves up to the possibility.
It's also each of their words against the other. Kieran said he didn't give it to Isabelle, she says he did. Again, impossible for us to know who is telling the truth.
